Who Can Join?

The Dragon Festival is open to all companies, social groups and non-governmental organizations.

Along with employees, teams can include,

  • family members of employees
  • colleagues
  • companies’ clients, dealers or suppliers
  • all the employees from executives to lower level employees

There is no preselecting to attend races. Companies may form as much as team they'd like. Entrance to the festival field is open only to participants and their guests.

Early Registration Advantages

Registered teams benefit the advantage of free trainings from their registration dates. Earlier a team is registered more it can practice. Trainings can be arranged according to company's demand. They can also wish to have extra trainings. In all cases, participants should inform the festival office in advance to schedule their training dates.


How to Register?

Registration process consists of 5 following steps:

  • Ask for flyers, brochures and festival dossier from the internet of the festival office to introduce the festival in your company.
  • Decide how many teams your company will form.
  • Send us via fax or e-mail the “Festival Registration Form” that can be found on internet or from the festival office.
  • When the registration form is approved, your invoice is sent to your company.
  • Registration process is completed when the payment is done.

Registrations are closed once 180 teams are formed. Companies can hand in participants' names and logo to the festival office by May 1st, 2011.

Pricing

Participation fee is 1500 € + VAT for each team and includes following services:

  • All sportive, cultural and artistic activities in the festival area.
  • Free pass to your guest with whom you'll enjoy the day.
  • 1 shading tent for each team.
  • Presence of the participant's logo on various printed areas like backboards and signboards.
  • Right to promote your products and distribute your flyers.

Additional Services

  • Additional training sessions cost 100 € per hour.
  • Each team can rent up to 3 tents, each costs 150 €.
  • Teams can rent a bigger tent of 6x6 m, it costs 500 €.
  • Information on outside catering, inner-tent sitting equipments, AV and photo services can be obtained from our festival office.
