how to register?
The process of registration consists of 4 steps;
1. Deciding the number of boats to participate at the festival with and receiving your confirmation regarding your participation via phone or e-mail
2. Sending the attached participation form with your signature to us via fax, e-mail or mail
3. Sending of your receipt and participation form by us to you via mail upon your request
4. The completion of payment by you and your registration is thus finalized.
You can submit the list of participants from your organization until May, 15th.

the budget and services included in the registration fee
* The participation fee for each team is 3000TL+VAT.
* The necessary technical equipment for competing in the races (boats, paddles ve life jackets) will be provided by the organization of the festival.
* All sports, arts and cultural activities on the competition zone are complimentary.
* Teams are entitled to invitations with the purposes of rallying support and recreation to the festival ground that is exclusive to contestants and the invited guests.
* A tent with shade will be provided for each team by the organization of the festival. * Flags with the logo of the participant institution will be at the back of each boat.
* Backboards and publicity signs displaying the logos of participant institutions will be present at various points of the festival ground.
* Participant institutions can distribute promotional items, their products and flyers on the festival ground.
additional services
* Extra training at Haliç Club Forza facilities costs 200 TL per hour.
* The rent for extra tents with shade is 100 TL. Each team can rent up to a maximum of 3 tents with shade.
* Catering area
Food stands serving various distinct tastes ranging from Chinese dishes to dürüm; hotdogs; salads are at your disposal.
